    LIROUGE and LIFALLA - first turf varieties from DSV breeding are approved-

    LISUNA – first perennial ryegrass lawn variety approved.
  • 1985
    LIMOUSINE – the world's best-known meadowgrass is approved.
  • 1988
    LIBANO – short stolon red fescue, which remains in the market for 30 years.
  • 1989
    LISSABON, LIVONNE, LISELOTTE – Perennial ryegrasses are approved.
  • 1995
    ROFAL, MONROSAL - first alpine red fescue to be approved.
  • 2002 / 2003
    Acquisition of Zelder and foundation of EuroGrass Breeding GmbH & Co. KG.
    LIVISION - first successful runner red fescue is approved.
  • 2006
    EURODIAMOND – TOP 1 variety in the EU in sports turf for more than 10 years.
    TURFGOLD – sets new standards in seed yield.
  • 2009
    ZEPTOR, MARKUS – two meadow panicles are admitted.
  • 2011
    Start of DSV turfgrass breeding in Les Rosiers, France.
  • 2013 / 2014
    Acquisition of Hunsballe and integration of EuroGrass Breeding GmbH & Co. KG into DSV AG.
    Turfgrass mixtures now marketed under the EuroGrass brand.
    EVENTUS – new ryegrass variety in ornamental turf.
    TETRASPORT – first tetraploides perennial ryegrass.
    EUROCARINA – new horst red fescue.

    TROUBADIX, MANITOU – first DSV tall fescue to be approved.
    EUROPITCH – No. 1 in UK sports turf.
    EUROMIC – first turf white clover variety.
  • 2017
    STARFIRE – new tetraploid ryegrass with best seed yield in Europe.
  • 2018 / 2019
    DSV varieties rank 1 to 4 on the UK list Sports Turf perennial ryegrass.
  • 2021
    NINO – new drought-tolerant meadowgrass approved in France.
    EUROLEAGUE – ryegrass with new quality class in grain density and fineness.
  • 2021
    TETRAFAN – tetraploid ryegrass with excellent turf quality.
    22,000 tons of turfgrass are produced and moved.
